During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Tulp Mosaics tries to dispatch your order the same day, if courier deadlines allow for it. Large orders might take a bit longer to dispatch, but in most cases we try to get your order dispatched the same day, excluding weekends.
We ship countrywide (courier service), to your door or Postnet to Postnet. We do not ship to PO Boxes
Orders below 2 kg we ship with an overnight service, but for outlying areas this can be a couple of days.
Once your order has been processed and the courier has been booked we will email a tracking number and the courier company used.
Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company. Postnet to Postnet can take up to 4 days or more.
Postnet to Postnet up to 5 Kg
PLEASE NOTE – We can not ship to certain townships, farms, plots, embassies, chain stores, government departments, game lodges, military bases or extreme outlying areas which require a dedicated trip.
In these cases it is best to contact us to see how we can get your order to you, sometimes it is possible with the courier service at an extra fee, but we will have to obtain a quote first.
Payment is due before shipment, unless arranged in advance at the discretion of Tulp Mosaics. If opting to pay with direct bank transfer no order will be shipped out until Proof of Payment has been emailed to [email protected]
